Adults
Supporting adults to participate fully in the activities, roles and environments that matter most: at home, in education and in the workplace.
Our adult service is delivered primarily online, with the option for sessions to take place in colleges, universities and, where appropriate, workplaces. We take a collaborative, neurodiversity‑affirming approach that centres your goals, your strengths and the environments you move through. This approach is informed by Dr Teresa Joyce’s clinical training and own lived experience as a neurodivergent person.
What We Support
Adults come to us when they want support with:
Executive functioning
Planning, organisation and routines
Study skills and academic participation
Workplace participation and communication
Sensory processing differences
Emotional regulation
Confidence and self‑advocacy
Navigating transitions or new environments
Our focus is always on meaningful participation, the things you need and want to do in daily life.
How We Work
We use a collaborative coaching approach, working alongside you to:
set goals that feel relevant and achievable
explore strategies that fit your strengths and preferences
trial practical solutions in real‑life contexts
reflect on what works and adapt as needed
Sessions may include sharing advice, co‑designing plans, and supporting you to uncover and test your own strategies in a supportive, structured way.
We can also work directly within educational settings or workplaces (with your consent) to help shape environments, routines and expectations so they are accessible and sustainable.
