Schools:
Experts at hand

We work alongside schools to support meaningful participation for children and young people. Our approach is practical, collaborative and grounded in a deep understanding of neurodiversity, learning environments and the everyday demands of school life.

We offer support across primary, secondary and further education, helping staff create environments where all learners can thrive.

What We Support

Schools invite us in when they want help with:

  • Understanding a pupil’s participation needs

  • Sensory processing differences

  • Motor coordination and handwriting

  • Executive functioning and organisation

  • Emotional regulation and transitions

  • Classroom engagement and access

  • Supporting autistic and ADHD learners

  • Developing sustainable strategies across the school day

Our focus is always on participation, enabling pupils to take part in the activities that matter: learning, socialising, moving through the school day and feeling safe and confident in their environment.

How We Work

Direct Work With Pupils

We offer individual sessions in school to understand strengths, identify barriers and support pupils to develop skills and strategies that help them participate more fully.

Developing Sustainable Therapy group programmes

We work closely with students and staff to develop tailored therapy programmes specific to your school and pupils needs. We then train school staff to deliver these programmes and regularly review and refine them.

Collaborative Problem‑Solving with Staff

We work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to co‑design approaches that fit naturally into classroom routines and are sustainable over time.

Environmental and Task Adaptation

We help schools shape learning environments, routines and expectations so they are accessible to pupils at their current level of ability.

Coaching and Capacity Building

We provide coaching for staff to build confidence in supporting neurodivergent learners, embedding strategies that work across lessons and settings.

Clear, Practical Recommendations

All advice is grounded in real‑world school contexts, simple, actionable and designed to be carried over consistently.
