Fees

At PEOPLES Occupational Therapy, we aim to keep our pricing clear, transparent and aligned with the time, expertise and care involved in each service. All sessions are delivered by experienced clinicians and specialists, and our fees reflect the preparation, direct work and follow‑up required to provide high‑quality, neurodiversity‑affirming support.

‍Therapy Sessions

  • £115 per hour

  • £95 for 45 minutes

Block Bookings

  • 10% discount when booking a block of six sessions

Assessments & Reports

Assessment and report fees are bespoke, as every person’s needs are different. Costs are based on the number of hours required for:

  • direct assessment

  • scoring and interpretation

  • liaison with schools or other professionals

  • report writing

  • feedback sessions

We will always provide a clear estimate before beginning any assessment, and all pricing follows the same hourly structure as therapy sessions.

Neurodiversity‑Affirming Tutoring

Tutoring is led by Dr Daniel Hayward, drawing on his extensive academic experience and expertise in supporting neurodivergent learners.

  • £95 per hour

  • 10% discount for blocks of six sessions

Tutoring sessions can focus on study skills, academic writing, scientific communication, executive functioning, or navigating academic environments at GCSE, A‑level, university or postgraduate level.

Schools & Consultancy

We offer consultancy for schools, local authorities, charities and organisations seeking specialist guidance in neurodiversity‑affirming practice, service development or workforce support.

  • £500 per day

  • Bespoke quotes available for longer‑term projects, service development work or multi‑day packages

All consultancy is tailored to the needs of the organisation and may include training, strategic planning, environmental audits, pathway development or project‑based support.

Supervision

£115 per hour session

Block Bookings

  • 10% discount when booking a block of six sessions

Travel & Location

Travel costs may apply for in‑person sessions or school visits, depending on location. When several children are seen at the same school, or when a visit is very local, travel may be free. Any travel costs will always be discussed and agreed in advance

Payment

Payment is taken 48 hours in advance for all sessions paid for by individuals. This helps us reserve your appointment time, reduce administrative overhead and ensure that support is delivered consistently and reliably.

Schools, local authorities and organisations are welcome to pay on invoice following agreed work. Invoices are issued electronically, and payment details will be provided at the time of booking or commissioning.
