Workplace Training and Consultancy

PEOPLES OT offers workplace training and consultancy led by Dr Teresa Joyce, whose clinical, academic and lived experience supports organisations to develop neurodiversity‑affirming, evidence‑informed services.

Teresa works with companies, local authorities, schools, charities and community organisations to design, strengthen and evaluate services that support neurodivergent people. Her consultancy brings together specialist occupational therapy expertise, participation‑focused practice and a deep understanding of neurodiversity.

Individual personnel assessments

We offer comprehensive individual assessments to support the participation of personnel who are neurodivergent or who are experiencing challenges participating in the workplace.
