Tutoring
Our tutoring service supports young people and adults to take part in learning with confidence. We offer neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑based academic support that focuses on building skills, developing strategies and making education feel more accessible and achievable. Tutoring is led by Dr Daniel Hayward, who brings extensive experience in academic writing and publishing, university teaching and supporting neurodivergent learners.
Tutoring is delivered primarily online, with the option for sessions to take place in colleges, universities, and, where appropriate, workplace.

Understanding assignments and breaking tasks down
Academic writing and structuring ideas
Digital skills and using technology for learning
Managing workload and deadlines

Navigating college, university or postgraduate study
How We Work
Our tutoring approach is collaborative and coaching‑led, supporting learners to:
set meaningful academic goals
explore strategies that fit their strengths
trial practical solutions in real‑world study contexts
reflect on what works and adapt as needed
refine and edit academic work
Sessions may include sharing advice, modelling strategies, co‑designing plans, and supporting learners to uncover and test approaches that feel natural and sustainable.
We can also work with educators, disability services or workplace mentors (with consent) to ensure strategies are carried over and environments are supportive.
